I did this some time ago and never went back to it. It was originally a watercolor piece that I did. I scanned it and then played with it for awhile. Hope you like it.

Hmmm... looks like someone's been palying with some sort of emboss plugin... KPT 5 - Gel? Or Shapeshifter?
Personally - don't see what the effect adds to the picture. Let's see the original.

| Wow...you guys are hostile. It's okay...I still love you. Sounds like you need it. It was just something I had done quite some time ago and decided to see what peoples reaction might be. I'm positive you professionals realize that Filters are not the only way to achieve a desired effect. If that where the case, the filter would never exist at all. No hard feelings on my end. How about helpful criticism instead of downright bashing? Thanks! |

I think that if filters were the only way to achive a desired effect, or at least the only way to do it easily, they would exist. How else would you create the effect? Ever tried creating a lens flare by yourself? How about polar coordinates? Guassian Blur?
