This is my very first attempt (drew it about a month ago) to a digital painting, I used a wacom intuos pen+tablet to draw it. Please give me some (constuctive  ) comments on it.
(The eyes are a little misplaced though)

I really like the hair!
For the eyes, well you already know. I would work a bit on the left side of the nose. (Our left,when we look at it.)

Yes, the nose needs some more care. The funny thing is that her hair took me only about 10% of the total drawing time

Hmm, yeah the eyes are a bit screwy. And you're gonna have to work on the nose a bit.
The hair's nice, but I think it needs a lot more depth... perhaps stronger highlights.
One more thing, where'd her shoulders go? It seems to me that maybe she's just wearing a black shirt or something, but you might want to make that a bit clearer.
