Hi, everyone! =)
This is Art Addiction, formerly known as Harnish Studios. I'm currently working on a new art community/personal site. My question for everyone here is: What type of stuff would you like to see there that hasn't been done before? What type of art would you like to see showcased there that isn't showcased on other art community sites?
Of course, everyone will be able to submit their own works to this site, among participating in other ways that I haven't yet thought of. What would YOU like to see?
Looking forward to many responses
- Brian

Personally, I really dig all the art that comes through the forum here. It would be really cool if there was some place that more permanently showcased all of the best works (besides the /sijun folder on my hard drive. ) |

Hi!
"stuff that hasn't been done before"
Are you looking for ideas about forum layout and features? Or are you looking for suggestions as to new types/categories of art to showcase?
Sorry, g:tech's a bit confused

What about tutorials ? Not the usual "how to paint in photoshop" thing, I mean tips on composition, color theory, figure drawing ...
That would be interesting. |

I would like to see submiting of and voting on 2D art, like www.3deurope.com has for 3D art. I think that could make your site very popular, if you do this right.

That's a good question, casue what have we not seen yet? Tell a blind guy what red is.
If it were up me though, I would almost regulate different topic areas. Then people who like odd-fantasy stuff wouldn't have to see the car design ideas and the self portraits of their neighbours kid. That's one thing I would do. Just have a few basic subject rooms.
