ya hi guys, i would just like to ask a few questions, like do you know where I can buy painter or download it. and can someone show or tell me how to make good detail in pictures. and i need some references for the human anatomy.

As for your anatomy question, search threw the forum a bit more. You'll find some answers.
For detail, thats an every expanding area. Thats why were all here

for anatomy i would suggest you buy a book like "Human anatomy for artists".
You can learn some things from photos but you will not be able to understand whats behind that all and how it all works together in movement and pose(muscles, bones etc.
Here are some examples of what I mean:
