Anyone want to take a look at this for me? I'm having trouble getting any type of realism or depth. I know its a rather unrealistic color and sketch, but... well you know what I mean. All critiques and tips are welcome. http://users1.50megs.com/unraveled/Head23.htm

hm, i dunno but i think it would help if you'd just add brighter highlights, almost white ones, on areas of the face which would "stand out" in 3d (like the chin area etc).

To start out I would change it to use one lightsource coming from a side instead of directly in front. The pic isn't that bad.. kinda neat looking.

By the way, welcome to the forum. I was raised in Theodore, so it is nice to see someone from my hometown here.
