Sorry, maybe i should've posted this one in my older topic or in isric's legolas topic but i really wanted feedback.

My question is, does it look like an elf? is he beautiful enough?

Is male? I mean, the lips, the eyes, it looks very female to me, even if he is an elf, it looks like a female elf.
And Legolas was a happy elf (in my opinion), so I will try a smile

yeah, he looks a bit female.. i didn't know how i should make him more male-ish.

and about the smile, legolas has got to have som sad times too

I think this is much better than the old one. He's much more fine boned, I would just make his chin and jaw more prominent. That will be the deciding factor.
I also like the band on his head (except those are the dwarven runes!)
