Well, I have a friend who's trying to start up a clothing company. He calls it "Monk Clothing" and it will be the sort of company that produces shirts with a logo or just a picture and a quote, or something like that. Well, I'm actually really good with words, as is my friend, so we have no trouble doing that part. But, we ARE looking for an artist, and of course, this is the first place that I wanted to look. So if there's anyone out there that can do a sort of cartoony-style picture of a Monk, then it would be much appreciated. Unfortunately, there isn't any money in this, but I'm pretty sure we could send a hoody or shirt or something your way if you helped us out or worked with us. I got a description of the Monk from my friend Darren, and here it is:
the monk has to be wearing a brown cloak with his arms crossed and be wearing green shoes and the only visible feature on his face is side burns
oh, one last thing: We could work in cooperation over icq.
We're VERY grateful for ANY help you can give us, so thanks everyone

I wouldn't be interested in doing something like this, but I'm just wondering why the artist wouldn't get any money while your friend would be making money off the shirs he sells eventually...
Just curious |

Actually, that's not a bad point. I guess what I was trying to say is that it's likely that there would be no money in this. But if his business DID pick up, I'm sure he'd make sure to send money to the artist. I was just trying to say that there won't be a set amound or wages or anything, and even if there is money in it eventually, then it wouldn't be a very large amount...

Qory : I can't send you my picture if you don't have a valid email address. That usually helps, might want to look in to that.
