Well straight out hehe i have to clue how to draw a background. Is there any tutorial or something that can help me?

Ummm... What kind of background? Backgrounds can be ANYTHING. You won't find a "How to Draw Everything Imaginable" tutorial. |

Just stick a lens flare in there, or use a gradient. Lens Flares and gradients are cool.
Reflective checker board floors are pretty rad too.

I don't understand a post like this? I mean if you have not drawn enough to make a backgroud then you have not drawn enough..OK so I like got stuck the other day on a background but it was because I could not think of anything cool to put my character into a good atmosphere..I wanted to convey a look of terror so I asked..hey what should be in the background. I think it would be better if you gave a description of what you where going for and then we could tell you a way to go about executing it correctly.
Pic up any good drawing book and it will have plenty of samples on how to get a good background..the key to a good background I have found is having good perspective and the right setting for the effect you want to convey. |
