I saw a manga movie not so long ago....
Ninja Scroll... really good....
see it...
anyway... it inspired me so i wanted to try draw a manga character, but i can't get the face right and it doesn't really look so manguish..
So a tutorial on how to make manga drawings would be good...
and i have an idea....
How about to make a tutorial section like the Draw Club section....
In that way there shouldn't be soo much asking for tutorials....
cause i don't think anyone want's to go back and look at the old posts...
well...
say what you think...
and gimme a tutorial on how to draw manga...

yeah good idea...
tutorials + links to tutorials in one place
and gimme a wacom tablet and an island in pacific and your brains... and..
eh sorry.. i'm at work which equals to the bad mood 
my job sux here...
and sorry i don't know anything about drawing mangastyle... actually i don't like that style personally

There are a couple user-run web sites that have tutorials on them... (anticz.com comes to mind.) But you're right, there's no "official" sijun tutorial page.
I nominate YOU, hightop, to make one!
