i've never been too much into the semi-abstract stuff, but i like this. nice contrast, choice of color and use of whatever tools painter has to offer. i'm wondering what you're intending by painting this certain image.. is that there comet hurtling towards something, or is it art for art's sake?
ya ya.. in general i like it a lot 
ps. is that an angel's wing coming out of the spinny thing on the lower-left hand side of the image?

Well at first, I had it flying past a planet, but it didnt turn out to well so i just opted for a nebula. That angel wing thingy is part of the nebula coming down and forming a new galaxy. Thank you both for the feedback.
