yes, finish it up.
It looks like you've got a good start.
What's your jpeg compression set to?
Where is the lighting coming from. It looks like you've got a light from below shinning on the bottom of her bust piece, but there's a different light shinning from the top. You should determine which one to use or else show that both lights are shinning on the entire figure.

Why do people always post unfinished work?? Think of posting here as the reward for finishing a picture.
And yes, finish it, only way you learn things.
Looks nice so far, just keep in mind your light source.
