The viewer is in a cave looking out. There's a blue light eminating from behind.

Thats really neat, nice bold colors. I'd diffuse the streaming light alot, it'sreally sharp right now. When I look at it I get the feeling I'm looking through a cloudy portal into a guy with rays of light behind him and blue lit ivy in front of him. which means if its a cave, it needs some more work really cool job besides, heh i can just imagine your layers palette, looks like its prolly pretty stacked

I like the picture as it has its own unique style about it. Bit confused though about it. You mention that it is in a cave but is does look more like a portal (due to the same moon/electricity effect top and bottom). The cave walls don't look like the have any depth and why it seems to look more like a portal. The volumetric lighting effect also doesn't make a great deal of sense (is it from in side the cave or outside of it. If it is from outside of it, when it crosses over the black cave wall, the wall should appear a little lighter.

I do like the image but try to think about some 'composition' aspects.

Matt: I had to upload it before I could do any more to it. The cave was a last minute idea, I did it in about a minute and a half. haha. Got kicked out of the school building, closes at ten, that's where I do my painting. I can't touch the painting all weekend. bummer.
