Let's say hypothetically that I wanted to get better at sketching, for scanning, or just right on the comp in photoshop. What would be a good resource to boost my efforts? I mean as far as a book or webpage?

Hey Glen Burnie! I use to live in Severna Park. Anyway, not sure what your asking here. Do you want to get better at drawing? We would have to see what level you are at now to answer that. |

Let's just say I can't draw worth crap.
Virtually all of the art that I've made has been either simple rendering tricks and manipulation of engine made shots.
Now uh, I do have a good pic to show my level of skill, but uh... being new to forums, I'm not wuite sure how the heck I post it.
uh... let me see... here... no that didn't work....

It has to be accessible from the internet. If it is, type this:
[ i m g ] URL of pic [ / i m g ]
...but with NO spaces. |

Try adjusting the lightness, make it darker, more contrasty.
Clean up the edges of the armor a little and that'll make it look nicer
Oh and regarding your crappyness, someone must have lit a match cuz your work doesn't smell that bad, ha ha
keep up the good work
