Hmm, would you like some criticism, or some praise?

Well it looks nice, I think it has that rough/broken terminator look to it.

If I were doing this one, and this is just me...
I would save as and try painting over it with cleaner lines, and I do mean painting, not drawing. You could lay in a metalic texture in parts, and skin tones over most of him...
that way you'll have a very nice terminator effect. I would recomment getting a terminator reference (and you are using yourself as a reference as well from what I read before), but you should still get some Terminator photos for the skin.

Plus, the guy doesn't look like Ah-nold. (GRIN)

Also, I see some problems with the anatomy (his right arm is too large, for example). I think his neck is too long. The torso area looks to thin. Try adding more thickness to his right side of his torso (from that perspective, about 50% of the side of his torso would be visible). Oh, and get rid of the sketch lines.

Maybe you should get an anatomy book and work from that? Or, even better, take some life drawing courses

The top of his forehead has an unusual bump added to it - almost like this bad motha fawker gut hit a couple of time with the blunt end of a shovel.
