quite nice. I like the head and design. Could work a bit on the proportions, like exaggerating the feets and hands...Since it's kind of caricaturish.

I think it's a great sketch! I really like the detail of everything...the boots, shoulder plate, and the bow are just excellent.
This is pretty picky but his left handed glove doesn't have the same decoration as the right hand one. The fore arm stuff I mean. But really, it looks great and very much like your explination....nice work!

i like the idea.. and it's a good sketch so far. i agree with joachim about exaggerating some of the proportions. it looks a bit off from the waste down. |

The description is a very nice touch. Helps place the character in space and time. Makes it much easier to judge the successfulness of the design.
I really like the expression on his face, kind of amused. It's cool
Keep up the good work. |

Thanks guys.
Confedince Booster.
I like the idea of making his feet bigger. Ill work on that right away. I also thought there was something about the pic that didn't quite work.
Thanks

Yes, Cool pic, if he was to have a beard he would look like some kind of dwarf, with the large nose, of course.

HEY THERE
This is a sketch that I did for part of a more finished picture. I plan for him to be looking down at a baby dragon who is looking curiosly back at him. He is sort of the weary travler, always on the move and the picture will be just a moment during his wanderings.
Obviosly it is not done but I would like to hear some feedback. What you like--What you don't like.
Thanks

I did think about facial hair at one point. But I realy liked his face the way it was and felt it would clutter things up.
It may take a while to finish this pic due to all my college classes. They just take up to much valuable time. Especialy when what you are doing for them is drawing and painting in photoshop, and papers, tests, midterms.............
I will post updaits to the project though.
Thanks
