I see lots of people mentioning graphics tablets vs mouse, I have a graphics tablet, but I don't see what the big advantage is over the mouse? Could someone please enlighten me?

Well, basically if your a really great artist, you could say there isn't a difference in the output. But, with the tablets, the tool is usually in the shape of a pen(cil) so that artists are more comfortable with it. It also allows more control because it is pressure sensitive and also it is a great deal more expensive than the mouse. with the mouse, it is harder to get straighter lines.

A tablet is more easier to use because its close to the primitive form of making art (pencil and paper) whereas a mouse.. uhh how many poeple you know likes to draw with a ball :P
