Not sure what to say about this, certainly not something I expected when I took a look :). Very different from the other pics usually posted here, and that's not a bad thing.
The sky looks odd, but the buildings are nice. As a first try it's very nice, I don't like the blurry reflections on the water though...

Hi, Jerry! .. and welcome to the forums!
I agree with Gecko about the sky... but on the other hand, it gives a nice feeling. This pic is totally different than usually is showed. Hmm.. you have been hard work with the lights of the sky reapers.
I can see McDonald's there.. I'm hungry!

I agree whit the other guys here.
It reminds me to the awesome bitmap citys of the classic games as Chase H.Q. ... And I sure you that in my case its a very good feeling !!!
About the clouds I think you sohuld have painted them in a more irregular way, with some big blank spaces.
And there is some buildings (4th one left to right for example) where the lights are over a half black and half brown background... (?)
Pretty interesting work, indeed...
See ya !!!

Did you lower the opacity of the buildings ? the clouds are kind of showing through, which looks okay but isnt real looking, you should set the opacity right up to 100% and maybe darken and lighten some buildings. Also the windows on one of the buildings, look kinda silly like an arcade game( the building with "sonice" written on it.) Is this pic for a game ?, its a pretty cool pic. As Gecko wrote; this isnt the any of the usual styles, but is in no way a bad thing.
Did this take a while to draw it looks like it .. keep it up
