Hi there.
I like your portrait, you have a good sense of tone. Things to watch out for are proportions. The eyes are nearly always in the middle of the head (vertically). Also, the back of the head often goes out further than alot of people often estimate.

the key is to weigh the proportion of the features against the size of the whole head...the features are way to big for your head drawing...look closer.
nice value range though |

Hey, you look like an old friend of mine. I personally have always love the Sketch-colored-brown-with-dodge-tool. That was the first thing I did, and it still has a special place in my heart. |

Hey Seth, I like the new layout a lot. You have a lot of cool works in there. =)
Do you know what's up with the Maxforums BTW? They have been down for at least the last 3 days. |

Hi all
You are right about proportions ofcourse but in the photo I used for reference my head was tilting backwards a bit (camera was lower then my head) so that's why the eyes are so high. Still something must have gone wrong because you don't get the perspective from beneath impression very strongly !
to Loud : I don't know what's up with Maxforums, I mailed spoon (I think a lot of people did) but I got no answer back so far. Maybe I'll give him a call tonight.
Cheers
