here's a pic which i made yesterday for this thing i'm doing for my college. my friend wanted me to name it Kagemusha, which i think is japanese for "shadow warrior" (not too sure about that one though). newayz, crits and comments are welcome.... thnx

It has potential !!!
I think that you should introduce a lot more of cables and wireframe.
Ah!, and check out those pecs, there is an oddy effect between them because of the too wide separation in his upper side (down the neck).
I love working with that kind of dark stuff (I use a lot "negative image", because when mastered it can provide some awesome results)
Although obviously not a master here you have a picture I did some time ago...
Ah!, and what is that about your college work ???

to post an image, just put  (without spaces between them. when i mentioned it was for my college, i meant it was for this animation i did in flash for the video section of my art/design course. (it's pretty crappy since i rushed it waaaay too much) maybe i'll upload it once i fix it up and detail it. btw, nice pic, and welcome to the forum, i think u'll find this forum to be really helpfull.
