First off .. i would like to sat that its a great picture ... i LOVEEEE the mood.. maybe its just me, but that the kind of picture i would come up with.

First thing i noticed is that the whole image is too static for such a beautifully colored piece ... the hands are too stiff.
And his right hand looks longer and less muscular than his left.

And the background really does nothing much for me .. not enough impact.. maybe thats what you're aiming for... but i feel this piece needs a bit of 'drama'.

That little 'wind' effect with the hair.
Ok, i see the hair move .. but what about his robe and feathers ?

hehehe thats about it for now ... i'll come back when im feeling bitchier.

I think you should probably make his hands a little bigger and stronger. They look like female or little boy hands. The rest of the pic is fine.

i agree with the hands, they are just too small, theyre also far more detailed then most of the other things in the pic. think it would much moodier if you just removed the hands, as you did with the legs.
but damn the the destroyed cloth looks SO good and his bloody/hurt flesh
