Hello everybody, I have read this board for about 2 weeks now and it is really a wonderful source of knowledge for me, i have read the older tutorials and lessons from Fred, Spooge and the others and it really helped me.
I am a french student and i'm entering an art school (lessons start tomorrow) so i hope to have some things to show you in the newt monthes, for now i have only draw quick sketches and studies.
But i have also made some 3D models for quake3 (even if i never released them) and i will show them to you since i dont ave anything else
the first i made was a stereotypical french priest wanting to kick some ass in the q3 arenas. It is very (too) simple i think but i think he is fun
The second model i made is IMHO much better, it's the standard big breast, small waist, chick i suppose but this one is a zombie hunter (very original hehe) ... I kinda like the skin i made with photoshop for this one, especially the pants and the crocodile shoes (even if you dont see them very well here)
I hope these pics are not too off topic here, because i read that some people dont want 3D on this forum ... but that's all i have to show for now.
I would really like some comments on these models, and i hope to be able to post more things in the future.
Thanxs for your time
PS : dont forget that these models had to be under the 1000 polys

Thanxs for the replies.
Dino, ok not all priests are like that in France, but i thought it was funny, the priest with a cigar and some big ranger boots, ready to kick some arses
