Nice one! I think this is very clear. Did you use any reference? If I would have to give some crit so should be something about lips. The upper side of the lips looks a bit off. If I were you, I would put some gray to the upside of the eyes. Only a bit. Hmm.. what about that reflection in her right (the far side from this angle)... quite reflective.. I don't want to be negative. Just wanted to tell my opinions so far. It's very neat pic... a sweet girl.

The lips look better now by formal but the upper lips should be a bit darker. Yeah.. maybe could be more shades on it. The scarf looks a bit stange too. Not bad at all. I don't want to tease you at all but give some tips/opinions.
