Keep in mind i'm very new to coloring in photoshop with the wacom and i'm not usually producing images like this, i usually do more of the graphic design stuff. i tried this out, using what tinusch told me earlier about the wet edges and it's still unfinished, but i'd like to know what you think about it so far. there is no bg yet so just focus on the figure itself please, and thanks a ton in advance.

Well, it's a bit scribbly. When I told you about the hard-edged brushes, those are mainly for defining shapes. If you're filling in large areas, as you did for much of the body, stick with larger brushes, on lower opacity, so that it doesn't look scribbly.
Hmm... It's kind of hard for me to explain this. Could someone with a bit more skill than me try and explain it better? |

although i'd like to thank you for your help either way, i'm much farther now than i was last time i used my wacom, this forum is a gift from God. |

The image is coming along nicely. The main thing that strikes me, say in the green areas, is that you don't have a great deal of contrast from your highlights to shadows. Try adding in some green that is really dark, and some that is really light. This will help the image and be less 'flat' than what it feels like at the moment.
What was the tip about wet edges that Tinusch mentioned? (if you could email me directly that would be great)

Uh... I didn't mention anything about wet edges... Personally I never use them. |
