It's really easy to get rid of that frame while using Namezero's own code to do it. Some people just have their index page redirect to another page, but there's a better way. Wait, before you try any of this, write down the URL for your configuration page (controlpanel.YOURDOMAINNAME) because you won't be able to click on the button in the frame to get there anymore. First, on the main configuration page, look next to the channel you want to eliminate the ad frame from and click the "change" button, and then put your page's title in the first text box. Next, go to the text box in the "Keywords:" section and enter:
"></head><frameset rows='*,1' marginwidth='0' marginheight='0' framespacing=0 frameborder=no border=0><frame marginwidth='5' marginheight='2' src='HTTP://YOURWEBSITEADDRESS/' name=thepage framespacing=0 frameborder=no border=0>"
Yes, you must include all of the quotes, single and double ones. Replace the "HTTP://YOURWEBSITEADDRESS" with your own site address (the place where your main files are). Now, onto your page's description. In this "Description:" text box, enter:
"><frame marginwidth='0' marginheight='0' src='http://red.namezero.com/strip2/strip.jhtml?name=PUTYOURDOMAINNAMEHERE&channel=www' name=pb scrollbars=no scrolling=no framespacing=0 frameborder=no border=0></frameset><noframes>Sorry</noframes></html>"
Again, include all single and double quotes in that line, and change "PUTYOURDOMAINNAMEHERE" to the domain name that Namezero gave you. This second section is just there for precautionary reasons. They might be able to detect you getting around their code if you don't include this. If you mess up and you then can't change your keywords or descriptions because that configuration page won't completely load, then you'll have to remove your main channel from the first configuration page and try this again.
