I've used WACOM's for years and years. My experience with them has been absolutely fantastic. I love the product.
I just tried simulating pencils for the first time in pshop with excellent results. I recommend that you set your brush size to no more than one pixel, opacity at 50% of black and off you go. Not to mention you just use the other end of the pen to erase your lines.
If you're getting jaggies I think you should go to the driver section of your tablet and play with the sensitivity settings, and the size of the tablet used...
Otherwise, I think its just a matter of getting used to the feel of it.
Hope it helps.

It could be resolution or the zoom percentage. things will look jagged if you have a low resolution (I'd imagine that you would know about this tho). also keep your zoom at 25 50 100 etc. something like 66% will make everthing jagged.
These are photoshop things tho. You might want to adjust the spacing of the brush or fiddle with hthe wacom settings.
What Chris said is interesting. From my experiances I have concluded that a wacom is not suited to line work as much as a pencil/pen. the surface is slippery which makes it hard to do a nice long slow line with any precision. any wobble is maginfied (there are workarounds like putting a piece of paper on the surface but these have drawbacks). If you use quick strokes then it can be ok but the sort of technique that Craig mullins ( www.goodbrush.com ) uses. (a more painterly aproach focusing more on planes values and shapes as opposed to line) is better suited to the wacom.
Based upon my experiances and what other people have said.
Every medium has it's own ups and downs. you work with them differently. Don't jump on a wacom and expect it to act like something you've used before any more than you would try to do something in oils after only using watercolour. Different things. Try it out for a while most people say that after a few weeks it gets better. A wacom is pretty close to a a lot of techniques but not the same. you may have to change your drawing technique a little the same as you would with any medium.
I'm going to try the one pixel 50% thing.
Hope this helps |

Having the Size box checked off usually makes the lines jagged, too... |
