Hey guys, my buddies turned me on to this site. I did this image last year for my engineering class in High School. I wanted to know what you think of it, what could I do better ect...

Thats pretty good for HS. I would try to get rid of the smooth surfaces. Those palms have a little bit of texture on their surface. The yellow surface also subtracts from realism with its shine and smoothness. Add some ambient light.
Go to www.3dcafe.com in the gallery there you can find images of watches done for commercials by some guy, those are really well done, could be a good reference. |

The brand has 'fire' in it that you can really capitalise upon to get some dynamic and interesting effects/looks. Try to make the fire a bit more prominate. At the moment, it is too small to the point that you may as well not have it there.
Consider ways that you don't have to put the name "Angelfire" and then "www.angelfire.com" following one another. If you must, do it in an interesting way as "angelfire" is a semi long name and every time it is repeated, you either need more space, or smaller letters.
Just a couple of suggestions but I've got no idea so 'dish' them as you like.

Im so confused about what you just told me. I posted it at angelfire, thats is the domain that hosts one of my many websites. The palm its self is a Handspring Visor. I hope that kinda clears some stuff up for you.
