your anatomy is completely off, i'll let the others tell you how to fix this, as im very tired.

quick hint: dont draw breasts the way you're imagining them.

Some free advice (and you get what you pay for):

How do you "draw better"? It is not a hand eye thing... it is spacial awairness, and knowledge.

How do you develope thies things? Practice and study.

1) Draw EVERY day. Set a goal, say 15 quick schetches and 3 well worked pics.

2) Use a referance. Just 'cus you see people everyday does not make you a biologist, or an artist. You have to study, from skelital structure to muscle groups. If you can get someone to model for you, do it. If not, get a mirror, and use yourself. Lastly, use photo referances.

3) If you can draw componants, you can draw the hole. You can't connect heads and limbs to your torsos 'cus you do not realy have more than a passing understanding of the mechanics involved. Development of biological knowladge is like linguistic development- once you lern to spell (he he, i know :P) you then work on gramer, compose sentances... and poetry. Keep the poetry in mind, but work on the building blocks.

And don't let the bastards get you down, just keep drawing. My girlfriend took most of today, and wants most of tomarrow, so at 1:30 am, I'm just gearing up, 'cus I'm not happy unless I get some drawing in every day. By "some" I mean 5 hours, min.

Go sign up for a webspace at Geocities, they suck ass as a webhost, but they at least let you display your pics here.
