Stumbled across this forum about 7 hours ago... and have been reading through threads ever since.

Now that the sun is coming up, I thought I'd chime in to say what a great thing I think is going on here.

I've dabbled as a freelance digital illustrator for a few years, but have been in a bit of lull since the beginning of the Summer. Lack of motivation? Lack of inspiration? Nauseation at my work? : ) Some of all of the above I suppose with a swirl of existential angst and a dollop of laziness.

Anyway, it is great to see so much activity and interaction focused on making pictures with computers.

I hope to check back and maybe catch the bug again.
