Hi Folkz! This is one of my private work in the moment. Many thinks in the picture are not correct in moment. But I will fix it. The original complete Picture is 2000x1500. This is a cropped one.

Gee, I wonder why the perverted faction of this board hasn't responded yet. j/k 
I'm only speaking from the limited experience that I've had in life drawing courses, but I hope this gives at least a little guidance. Maybe someone with more experience can come up with a better critique =)
Not bad...love the texturing and coloring. However, some of the anatomy seems wrong. The neck just seems to stop rather than making a smooth transition to the shoulders. The arms look too thin. Try adding some muscle mass under them. Use an anatomy book to determine correct muscle structure.
The shoulders seem to extend too far outward. Try making them smaller. As of right now, they are a bit distorted so you should work on getting the correct proportions. Her collar bone seems like it's a very unsupported "string." Look at photos of nude women (no -- not porn sites), and you'll see their collar bones are visible but straight to support the muscle structure.
Her legs do not seem very natural. They look like they're just sticking out from her body. Overall - she seems very stiff and unnatural -- kind of like a mannequin. Try doing fast sketches in a life drawing course to get anatomy and overall proportions down.
Nice breasts, though.

Yeah, im kinda looking for that T-shirt myself...but its alright, i dont mind her without one
Like previously mentionned, her arms and legs seem unatural and i also dont like the breast tatoos. I think you shouldnt make her abs show too much, actually maybe not at all...its better looking when their somachs are plain and smooth, but thats justmy opinion. Besides that, great work and nice coloring !

Now, I may not be an expert on this kind of thing, I really wouldn't know, but any woman who gets a tattoo in either of those areas is in for some extreme pain.

Hhmmm... quite different opinions.
Okay. The picture is not finished yet. The T-Shirt is coming soon. And I wanna repaint many things in the picture, becoz I don't like it too. But in the moment I haven't enough time for that.
Just have to finish my gameart.
