um ok.. =)
i think its cool but i dunno much to say cept i think ur shadow color could look more like a shadow, i think the grey color throws me off a bit other then that it looks like how some shaders make 3d look 2d

Aside from the topic being rather confusing, nice character, heh. Tho, I have to admit.. I was scared for a second.. I saw the blue spiked hair, and I thought, oh no, it's Sonic! But alas, I was wrong.

its a cool drawing..
u might want to have the right foot pointing towards the viewer and fix the shading on the hair
some of the shading is overlapping the hair that is closest to us, most obvious one is the top one.
