anyway, you have something nice going on. What I would consider to try to improve, is the colors and light. Now, things have mostly just been shaded out, which make it looks like a front light. ANd, also, since there's no smaller areas of details or hard edges, it becomes very "blurry" and too soft. Also, you should consider blending and experimenting a bit more with colors, because it becomes a bit dull when each part has it's own color with no interaction. Think that the materials (eye, skin, etc..)has it's own colors, but the light source and the ambient light affects every area. SO, don't think like the it's a straight withgrey eye with a yellow-brown skin, etc...but make it fit together.
