*phew*
Its called "American Flat", and was modeled and rendered in Hash's Animation:Master 2000.
No reference was used, aside from a fuzzy recollection of what the place looks like.
Big ups to all the people who offered critique on previous versions of this image . . . I tried to implement most of your suggestions.

Very nice Ballistic, very nice. The wall texture does look a tad like linen rather than cement, but I doubt anyone would notice. Great job!

whow great!
I espcially like this bent red ting in the left corner.
some critique:
the shadows look a bit too blue for me..
Is the long pole through the window blue all the way on purpouse?
just what came to my attention..
anyway terrific texturing work!

We need a "thumbs up" smiley as well now.
Great stuff balistic!
Nex mentioned something about the shadows being too blue. I can't remember whether there's some rule about (warm light -> cold shadows) and vice versa? I'm not sure, the professionals here could probably talk about that.
As I say, I think that's mission accomplished. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Wow, thanks for the feedback guys!
I'm glad someone noticed the JeffK tag
Here's a link to a wireframe version, if anyone is curious:

Wow, very very impressive!
I wanna see the camera move :-)
I'm just curious, how long was the render time for that single pic?

Rendering took about six hours on a K7 700 with 256 megs of RAM (it swapped to the disk quite a bit towards the end).
Rinaldo: caught red-handed
The terrain started out as a height map, and I used RebumpX to turn it into a .seg file. I spent a lot of time pulling points from the camera view to get it to look just right though.

Nice to see some 3d work.
The lighting in the scene adds alot to the piece and looks as though you've spent alot time on it. I like the plant life seen through the doorway and the small touches like the hinges on the door frame and the broken window frames.
Good stuff.
