Hi again, last time i had a quation about shading the line art, now I need some help with making it un-flat. I know the entire pic is not done, but i think that if i get the right help that i'm looking for for the main tree, it will help me with the two secondary trees (far left and far right). Remember this picture still needs a lot of work and I am pretty much able to change a lot of it! This picture is kinda large so if you want u can see it at http://www.elite-sports-med.com/dryfire/images/thetreecopy.jpg Thanks

Ok... I'm not sure if it's just the differences in gammer in our monitors of computer but where it seems to be black it's gray. If it's the same to you then you should make all them greys, blacks. I'm also getting the feeling that you're using the dodge tool. I'm not sure what program your using but I exspect it's PS if so then I'm not sure if it's called the dodge tool in there. but whatever it is, it's too intense and makes the trees look like plastic. other than that I like the idea in this picture ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Well yes, i am using PS, and the gray u see is mist or fog. And for the highlights i used the airbrish (all highlights and lighting were don on a different layer so I can change them) That plastic look, I added more highlights because without them, the picture looked really flat i admit that i might have added to much too though, I'm trying to present a sense of realism (if thats a word) and I have no idea how to do that! please give me a hand, Thanks JaffaCAKe
