It's his chin. Pull back it back a bit. Soften up the coloring with eighter blur- or smudge tool.
And the hair is a hard one. It looks good now but try starting off by completely filling the hair with black or dark brown and building up the hair with smaller brushes gradiently. If you know what I mean. |

Here's a very simple image outlining some very basic rules of the structure of the human head/face.
One thing that people always do when drawing faces is draw the eyes higher than they should be. Peoples' hair line means that there's less skin exposed on the face, giving the illusion that our eyes are actually closer to the top of our heads than they are. They're practically dead center between the top of our head and our chin. The nose is a little bit higher than half way down our face from our eyes to our chin. The mouth is about a third down from the bottom of the nose the bottom of the chin, usually a little lower than a third. Human eyes are also surprisingly small in comparison to how they're drawn by less experienced artists. Humans put a lot of value on eyes, and thus tend to greatly exagerate their size when drawing them. Lastly, the human ear is set surprisingly far back on the head. They're drawn incorrectly in my quicky drawing... they should be slightly higher. In most occations (unless you're drawing someone very snobby or proud with their chin up high) the top of the ear will be in line with the mid height of the eyebrows, which is something you have actually done.
Also, like spike said, the chin is a little far forward. In most cases, the line from the bottom of the nose to the chin slops back towards the head some with the lips slightly forward. The more pronounced chin is usually reserved for the toothless or witches.
