Hi there agent44, welcome to the board! I can't see your pic right now but that might be a server thing.
In your message, when you want to put up a pic, add the following text:-
(IMG)http://yoursite/yourpic.jpg(/IMG)
Though, everywhere I've put ( and ) you put [ and ] instead ([ and ] are reserved). Also, between those IMG bits you need to put the WWW address where your pic is located. For instance, if you have a website on Geocities that you use regularly, upload your pics there as well and link to them from here.
