I like what you've done so far... I especially like the wires hanging loose on his right arm. But I don't know if you should name him circuitry clown.. but that's just my own opinion.
Post it again if/when you add some more detail and color it. I'd like to see what you've done with it.

I like the asymetry in the lower torso and upper thighs, it's a very nice touch. I'm looking forward to see your finished image ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Well .. here it is a new character I ve been working on .. I was thinking of naming him Circuitry clown , but I dont know .. If anyone remembers or cares how I use to color things, by just doing a multiply layer then coloting in the sketch , well with this one I am planning on going all out and layering brushtrokes taking tips from the masters in this Forum .. we'll see how it comes out .. once finished he will serve as a splash screen for the Gallery part of my website , which still not finished .. well here he is :

You have a nice start there osk, but you really shouldn't start coloring every little part like that. It's more difficult, and it's impossible to plan how the picture should end up like. Start with overal shape, do the basic colors and basic overall shadows and work down the details later, and background color if you are going have any. If not it will all end up like a bunch of lumps.
hope you don't think I'm harch, not trying to be

thanks joachim, yeah I knew before I started that I should lay down major shapes and shadows .. but ..I made the mistake of zooming in .. and I got lost in all the shapes .. and sculpted too much .. , I definitely see what ur saying, and I know this same thing is been repeated over and over in this FOrum .. but sometimes is hard to loosen up ... anyways .. I am starting to do the rest of the body in this manner .now .. and surprisingly I am advancing a lot faster .. wow .. alright .. I'll post an updated versioon later on

The latest version looks real good. I don't know if it was intentional but the highlights make the armour look fatigued, looks good.
Looking forward to seeing the final piece. |
