Cool looking picture you made there. The face seems odd though. The right eye is bigger than the left. The ear seems a little small and his neck should be a little bigger. The hair line is a little weird too. I'm sure I'm just nit-picking, but dats my opinion.

did you use photo reference? the hand really looks rotoscoped, and so does most of the rest of the body.

I like the reflective effect you've achieved on the visor and the company logos on the sleeve are a nice touch.
Some the detail on his shirt and face could be a little more defined.

Thought I would atleast do one post today..
it doesn�t look photo-realistic and not like comics...its like in between...
the face reminds me of an elf... all thats missing is those ears..i think i have to stop playing all these fantasy games =)

oh..the shadow should be lifted up a bit I think...it looks like the light comes directly from the right and not from the top right like the shadow suggests..

well..im being picky =)

woww.. purty. yah he does look like an elf. Face might be a bit long but I think I've merely been looking at it too long... i REALLY like the textures on the shirt. [ignorant question alert] duhh.. what means rotoscoped?? [/ignorant question alert]

Good job, only suggestions in my view are to add some more shadow to the helmet since it looks a bit flat and try and blend the character to the background a little more, maybe by adding more of a shadow on the dark side of his jacket, (left side)

i really dig that helmet its awesome! yea he does kinda look like a race car driver..but maybe thats just cuz i dont think there are any Mitsubishi parts in F-15's etc LOL!

the thing that bothers me is the sketchy lines you left in there on the face, if you remove those i think it would look alot better

That's a cool outfit man....and that helmet is even cooler. I like the logo designs of his uniform...very! he doens look like an indie racer tho! The only thing that throws things a bit is the fact that his body is much more realistic then his face. The face riminds me of a comic characer (yes it was a Elf) while the body looks like it was created from reference! Cool nevertheless.

Nice pic! It's interesting and I agree with Slicer about it being inbetween. Not a comic, but not photoreal. Cool stuff.

He reminds me of wolverine a lot. Just make his hair longer and scruffier and you've got wolvie; the race car driver! Okay, I'l shut up now
