Ahh, good to see something original.
He has kind of a frankenstein's monster skin tone, as far as the color and texture are concerned... don't know if this was intentional, but it gives it a distinct look.
What you could improve....
First off, the background and the darkness of his shoulders are basically dead space. If you're going to continue working on this, I would crop out a lot of that deadness and just focus on the interesting part - his head.
Second - now this is more technique, and obviously if you don't think it fits your style, don't do it... but you might want to practice drawing with a hard brush, instead of one of the softer ones. While they do have their uses, soft brushes tend to give images a blurry feel - which is usually not good.
Third... This is something that was mentioned on one of your colorings, but it applies here too. Instead of just drawing black shadows, give them a little color. If this guy really was in the middle of some glowing green cloud, then there'd be a lot of ambient green light being cast on him... and the shadows wouldn't be pure black, but they'd be catching some green light.
Hmm. Let's go for a fourth, too. What resolution did you originally draw this in? It's good practice to draw your images at 2-4 times the resolution you want the finished product to be in. It gives you a lot more control.
Hope this helps.

Hey Binder - that's not bad at all!
I pretty much agree with waylan's comments - using a softbrush is a thing that took me forever to get rid of
Using that brush makes his hair look fuzzy. Maybe you want to try to pick the paintbrush and give him some clear lines around the hair.
Keep on going!
PS: IMHO - the signature is the most unimportant thing in an image - I'd make it smaller - otherwise people get confused and think your sig is the artwork and the image is your sig ... |

Good man, Binder. Keep it up...
As Loki said...Try and add a little more contrast to the image...maybe a little more tonal difference between the light and the dark parts of the image...? I think you're off to a good start though...He looks like he's ready to kick someone's ass...lol
