Hi there.
This is a pic I put on sijun a while back but it only got one reply as I recall. Sorry if you've seen it for the second time around.
I'm not an expert on anatomy, so any crits at all would be helpful.
A friend of mine goes to life drawing classes so I think I will come along with her some time to the classes.

i like the image but i think his bicep is a lil short n his forearm / hand could use some work...
please take critique as just a personal opinion, im not very good at anatomy... |

nice picture.. (really liked your wave btw)
there is a problem with the forearm.. it looks a bit strange because the muscle structure looks wrong to me there.
the biceps should overlap the muscle on the forearm from this POV I think.
The Hand and Fingers could use some work too.. now they look a bit rough.
The chest could use some work in so far that you could make his pectorals (chest musculature) bigger so they can be distinguisehd from the stomach muscles.
The biceps should a bit longer I think.. it should go a bit more up (in the direction of the shoulder muscle and in the other direction so the upper arm gets a bit longer)
What I wrote sure must read very confusing.. but I wrote what came to my mind.
My anatomy knowledge is not very good so take all I said with care.. dunno maybe its crap.
I really like the face..
You motivated me to draw some figures now
Hope this helped..

I don't think I can add to much. I'd agree with most of what has been said about the forearm. It may need some general 'fattening' up but have a look at the size of the hand relative to that at the elbow. Now look at your own. The hand does appear to be a bit too big for that arm.
The chest was the first thing that jumped out at me in not looking 100% okky doky. I think mainly because at the top, it doesn't feel like it is properly joining into the head/neck. This makes it appear to be too big for the character. With the physeique of the character, there should be some larger muscles either side of the neck (although I have no idea what they are called).
Otherwise I think the tones and shadows are brillant. Keep up the good work.
