I, for one, love it. It has a much tighter "community" feel. It would be cool to have a special classroom section (different engine than forum) where someone could post a class and the lessons could be posted and listed seperately.

Overall, the DAF is getting better and better, I think. Lots of new and great artists. Have a good day

New forum-update is cool. People are awesome. Their images are awesome. You guys rock!

sfr - maybe Dhabi can integrate your fabulous wacom-faq ...

tinusch - it's just a slump, don't worry. don't try too hard - sometimes taking a break is good. doing art is like drawing from a well - sometimes there needs to be time to refill it. I usually make music when that happens ... don't worry! go watch TV, hehe ...

I enjoy coming here to relax, I don't say much but I do look at everyones work. I am mostly gobsmacked. But rest assured, the work is being viewed. Keep up the good work everyone. I am in a slump also. No art or poetry merges from this vessel. Have a great day/night.

Kurisu (and me kinda) had some kind of FAQ in the works (yes I haven't forgotten man, if you're watching ) But after some research the FAQs turned out to be; " what wacom should I buy?" (see above); "how do I draw like you, -insert-name-of-forum-god,-usually-spooge-or-dhabih ?" and "how do I draw hair?", of all things (plus a lotta UBB specific stuff).

there were elaborate plans for a more lateral approach to the FAQ list, but Fred's & Mozer's Lessons and the influx of new members kinda shifted the focus.
Now there is actually a FAQ link up the top we should probably revisit.

I've been spoiled!! This forum rocks.

I started off on this one. I've visited other forums and none compare now! It's kinda like sleeping with Shania Twain, Elizabeth Hurley, or Jennifer Lopez as your first time, and then the next one just can't compare (In case you're wondering, Hurley left Hugh for me!)

Thanks a lot! This forum is internet crack!! Forget adding a classroom section... add a section for addicts!

Awesome additions. Ok, back to my padded circular room without furniture...

I'd appreciate it a lot more if I hadn't suddenly lost my knack for drawing. It sucks. I can't draw anymore. At all. I've tried starting a new pic like 20 times and I can never get it to look even remotely good. I hope it's just a slump...
