I�m currently trying to configore photoshop so that my wacom tablet works as good and fast as possible, What i wonder is how i should configure the Ram memory usage, Scratch disks and Cache memory settings, should i bother with these options or not? any tips would be appretiated.

Allocate as much ram as possible (if you're a mac user) and try to use a big HD for scratch. No matter how much ram you have it's never enough. So don't worry this is photoshop;-)))
