I'm thinking of adding subdomain URL redirection and web-based e-mail services to http://digitalart.org. If there is a show of interest, it will probably be done. I'm wondering if people would be seriously interested in using these free services.

With the URL redirection, you would sign up for yoursite.digitalart.org and when people go there, they will automatically be forwarded to your real address. This would be useful if you have a long URL or you just like the look of a subdomain under digitalart.org. Masking would be an option also. It's just like CJB.net's service.

The web-based email service would work almost exactly like Hotmail does. You sign up and login. You can send/recieve emails from your web browser, create folders, add users to an address book, etc. All those good features would be available. Email forwarding would probably also be available.

If you think you would actually use one of these services or feel that it is a good idea, please let me know.

I visited digitalart.org having not been there before. Great site! Seems lots of the people here post their stuff there as well.

I submitted a couple of pieces but messed up the submission. I put my name down as ceenda when I should have put down my full name, so I resubmitted the stuff again.
