Sorry for polluting the server with this crap, but i think this is considered digital art rite?

This is a poster(*rite spellin?*) for my school's heritage center.. but it don't really look like a proffesional *simple* poster.
n i know you guys HATE filters, budda, I don't really know how to make that focus blur effect with any of the tools..

th' overall effect is effective, but you should pay more attention to your tetxt placement/colours. for example, the text on the bottom 'the chinese high school archive' should be a whole lot lighter or darker. it would be acceptable to increase the opacity of the title text to 100%, since it is the title. that word starting with 'c' (ceutre?) should be moved down a little, so the 'u' is not intersecting hte 'g' in heritage. i like the image in the background a lot, try softening the edge between the blurred part and the non-blurred part on the bottom. (50%) blurred? corrected with the blur tool perhaps.
