I like it, the colors give it a nice mood. I think you can add a few highlights to the face and maybe add some eyes...other then that good work.

Taking Above's critique to heart, i figured he could use a pair of eyes. Added some highlights to his face as well as recommended. Have at it.

I like the color usage a lot actually. The only thing I see is that the lip is a little too blue maybe if the tone matched his face a little more. Keep it up, I like seeing pieces with unconventional color schemes.. it really gives the picture a nice mood.

nod, the lips would look better with a bit of flesh tone in it, as in his cheeks.

I think highlights of that light blue might look nice too, in his hair and cheek bones maybe.
The background opposite the castle has an "unfinished" look to it, I think.
The eyes were a nice touch.
