Hey, I figured I'd goto the pros on this. Eventually I'll be going off to college, and I'm wanting to get classes dealing with design (digital and print) and the usual art classes to better refine my skills. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any places? I've been reading for a while and I realize that you guys often talk about your education (well, at least Fred).. any comments are appreciated.
Frank
oh yeah, very very nice forum. I'm going to come here often, I can feel it. |

Well I got my first doctorate from Harvard and my second from Princton by the time I was 12. don't you hate those young geniuses. I'd like to choke them out.
Anyway the truth is is that I went to Columbus College of Art and Design and It was a very good school for learning a broad range of art with a particular emphasis on turning out students that can paint and draw very well.
I am taking some classes at Kent state to further my education of Graphic Design and multimedia.
Both good schools. Keep looking around till you find one with the type of art you like because that is probably what they teach.
Hope I helped out. |
