I'm having a hard time visualizing someone in this pose. The head is at about a 90degree angle to the body (he's looking almost directly over his left shoulder), yet he's in a relaxed pose. Also, you should try to define shadows, etc in there so that you can immediately identify the different body parts, etc... sorry if this isn't too clear or concise, but I hope it helps
