Here's a digital painting I did for practice. I've just gotten into this stuff and find it a lot of fun but challenging. This is about my 3rd or 4th painting and I'm looking for some feedback. I'm trying to balance boldness with subtlety and I liked this subject (which is from a photo taken at a friend's wedding reception).
Anyway, here it is.

Nice work Moze.
maby some more brighter highlights like you have on his face could be painted in areas.
To add to that dynamic lighting and shadow.
I really like it Moze.

some highlights would do a nice job
btw how about painting something in
front of him he just discovered
something really scaring...just an idea
