Ok......first up a coupla things. Most people probably suck at fast drawings unless your spooge or sum other pro on this forum.
Her neck and jaw is screwed up, her jaw is squished in too much, and looks like she has no chin.

I think where her right shouler (back one) and neck line connect needs more definition. It looks like a big blob.

her tits look good and round, so obvuisly u were paying a lot of attention to that area

But her forearm is squished, bent at a normal and possible angle, but needs much more definition.

Ur on the right track, just a little more work on it will make it a helluva nicer pic

"Most people probably suck at fast drawings unless your spooge or sum other pro on this forum." ???????
Don't think there needs to be any real diferentiation between fast and slow.

But anyway on to the Q.
were you using ref? If so then you need to do more ref stuff. get a book like Drawing of the right side of the brain by Betty Edwards. it will help you to "see". that is to see what is actuialy there as opposed to letting your logical reasoning get in the way.

If no refwas used then you are after anatomy instruction. I cannot even begin to touch on that subject. Get a good book on it and read it through. I don't know what book to suggest. have a look around the forum and se what other people have said.
AS for tecnique. I would suggest putting in a dark background so you can play the lighter side of the figure off aginst it. you have an outline on her left arm for instance. there should be a lack of outlining unless it is actuialy in the picture. I would leave it white as opposed to outlining it.
I think that over all it is pretty sucessfull anatomy and technique aside because the eyes are working. they attract my attention even if they are not anatomicaly correct.
Also try to use more flat shapes as opposed to "shading". with a pencil you need to shade to get a tone. with comp your aplication technique can be invisible. in that you don't have to have strokes. they may look good but you don't need to have them. only have your strokes showing if it is what you want.

Good luck

the jawbone looks strange.

The eyes looks good, but the rest is not as good.
Try to get all the basic shapes correct first before starting to paint. I alway tend to rush things myself. If the basics are not that good in the drawing the rest will
suffer. Sketch it down quickly with everything in place, put it down for a couple of minutes and then look at it again. It's much easier to see your own
mistakes then.Flipping the picture once in a
while also helps.
