Well here is a yet unfinished character I'm working on for a small Flash Animation I have going. I've only spent one evening on him so there are some major changes in store.

Hey that looks great. His outfit and the style kind of reminds me of (I think the name is) Dragonslayer? That old video game.

Great shadows but ad reflection on the gogles and ad shadow to the hand.

Great fire too.

hey thats darn cool, i really like the added cool light to his left side. Almost looks like it could be an animation cell if it werent for the gradients, put up the flash animation when you get it done

Looks pretty neat. However, if he has a hint of blue lighting on the side of his face why not on the rest of his body? If its just for shading you should probably use more of a red than blue.

Hey, thanks for the crits everyone.

lotor- Yeah, he does resemble the guy from Dragon's Lair a tad, but Don Bluth wasn't my inspiration A prior illustration I did, mixed with a little self-portrait was the driving force

Chapel and Capn- Glad you like the lighting. Been keeping in mind all the shadow and facial structure discussions that have been goin' down here at the forum. I definitely will add more of the cool lighting to the rest of his body.

Micke- I'll be sure to post the finished (along with the other stills and the entire Flash Animation) when it's done.
