Anyone know what they look for in artist that draws the pictures for the books like D&D, vampire, etc.??? Like what kind of drawing lvl and education lvl?
Anyone know anything about a job doing special effects for movies and TV shows?
I'm not too sure where in the art field I want to got yet. I got it narrowed to special effects, designing computer games or RPGs, or fall back - commerical art.
Any info would be great!

special effects for t.v.?
you need a BA degree plus a bunch of talent, creativity, and a nice portfolio
starting jobs are shit, best bet is to work your way up through the company mail clerk to art designer. art designers get paid 25,000 to 50,000 a year depending on experiance, talent, ect. |
